We are aware that you do have a choice, so we are very pleased that you have selected us to treat your medical problems. We will provide you with the highest standard of medical care while treating you with the dignity and courtesy you deserve. Not only do we care for you, but we care about you!

This information is intended to answer questions you might have concerning our practice. If you have questions we have not answered, please ask. We feel that informing you of our policies before we establish a professional relationship will help to prevent misunderstandings later.

Office Hours

Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We try to schedule all appointments to minimize waiting time and to provide optimal care for each patient. If you can't keep your appointment, please call and cancel so we can offer this time to another patient.

Comprehensive Services for Children and Adults

Ear, Nose, & Throat Associates of Corpus Christi physicians have been providing medical services in Corpus Christi for over 25 years. We are the premier Ear, Nose, & Throat group in Corpus Christi and all of South Texas.

Our physicians are highly trained board certified otolaryngologists. They specialize in ear, nose, and throat, head and neck, and facial cosmetic problems. Our clinical staff includes licensed and experienced audiologists, radiological technologists, speech pathologists, and clinical and allergy nurses.

We treat infants, children, and adults. Our physicians have special areas of interest and expertise, including:

Minors

For your and our protection, we will not treat a minor unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A minor is anyone 17 years old, or younger, with the exception of a married female.

Release of Information

Reports concerning your health will not be released to an insurance company or any third party without your written authorization.

Appointments

To make an appointment at any office, please call (361) 854-7000. Of necessity the physician must work by appointment; however, due to emergencies and the unexpected, he will occasionally get behind. Infrequently your appointment may have to be rescheduled for another day and time. We request your patience and cooperation if this should occur.

Telephoned Medical Questions

Our clinical staff are thoroughly trained to answer many routine medical questions. If they can't immediately assist you with a problem, your physician will be informed. Your physician will answer routine calls at the end of the morning or after office hours. This allows the physician to attend to his office patients with minimum interruptions. Urgent problems are handled as soon as possible!

Emergencies

If you have a serious medical problem after office hours, call our office at (361) 854-7000 . Our answering service will contact one of our physicians. One of our physicians is always on call to respond to your ear, nose, and throat problems. In case of a life threatening emergency, go immediately to the nearest hospital emergency room.

Prescription Refills

Please call your pharmacy for prescription refills. Your pharmacist will call our office to get your physician's approval.

No Smoking, Drinks, Food or Gum

Many of our patients are allergic to tobacco. Since exposure to tobacco smoke is detrimental to their health, you are asked not to smoke in any of the offices.
Please don't bring drinks, food, or gum into the office!
